Một lần ngồi cafe với bạn bè, trong nhóm có người kinh tế khá giả, có người kinh tế vừa phải. Một bạn phấn khởi kể rằng rất thích quy định đấu giá biển số xe đẹp. Đứng trên cương vị của những người quản lý, những lãnh đạo cũng đành phải đưa ra những quyết định mang tính hy sinh để đạt được những giá trị lớn lao hơn. Hy sinh một phần quyền lợi cá nhân nhỏ để đạt được lợi ích lớn cho cộng đồng là điều cần thiết. Nhưng cũng đáng để suy ngẫm, làm thế nào để những người dân bình thường vẫn cảm nhận được sự công bằng và cơ hội trong cuộc sống.
