Trong cuộc sống, ai cũng ít nhiều lần rơi vào trạng thái bế tắc. Về mặt định nghĩa, bế tắc là cảm giác của con người khi cảm thấy không có một hướng giải quyết nào cho mình, hoặc hướng giải quyết đó rất tệ hại mà mình không muốn lựa chọn.
Bế tắc thường đến lúc chúng ta gặp những chuyện không như ý trong cuộc sống, chẳng hạn như thiếu thốn tình cảm, tiền bạc, sức khoẻ… nhưng đôi khi nhiều người cảm thấy bế tắc ngay cả khi họ có tất cả mọi thứ trong tay. Nói một cách khác, nó là một trạng thái tâm lý, khiến mình chẳng biết sẽ phải làm gì tiếp theo.
Thật ra trên cuộc sống này làm gì có chuyện bế tắc. Đó là do con người tự nghĩ ra và tự đưa mình vào thế đó. Luôn luôn trong mọi trường hợp, bạn vẫn luôn được lựa chọn. Bạn cảm thấy bế tắc chẳng qua cái bạn lựa chọn nó không đúng với cái bạn đang mong đợi thôi. Một người không có tiền, họ mong đợi trúng số, nhưng không trúng, họ thấy bế tắc, trong khi đó họ hoàn toàn có thể đứng lên lao động để có tiền. Họ bế tắc vì cái họ chọn không đúng cái họ mong. Họ mong có tiền nhanh, nhiều, đơn giản. Chứ không mong kiếm tiền từ từ, mệt và lâu.
Ngay cả khi bạn chỉ còn một giờ để sống. Bạn vẫn có quyền lựa chọn cho mình nở một nụ cười, giúp một ai đó hay đơn giản là ca hát, đọc kinh cầu nguyện…Bất cứ lúc nào bạn cũng có thể chọn cho mình cách để giải thoát khỏi bế tắc. Không một ai có quyền đưa bạn vào bế tắc trừ chính bản thân bạn. Hãy nhớ rõ điều đó. Nên khi gặp bế tắc, việc đầu tiên phải khẳng định là mình không bế tắc. Việc kế tiếp hãy lựa một việc bổ ích gì đó để làm, dù cho lợi ích của nó nhỏ nhoi thì cũng phải làm. Bạn sẽ không tưởng tượng được nó sẽ mang lại lợi ích to lớn thế nào đâu. Và việc sau cùng thì hãy đương đầu với mọi khó khăn, dũng cảm đối mặt, thừa nhận và dùng cái tâm thật tốt để giải quyết vấn đề một cách sáng suốt, như vậy bạn sẽ vượt qua được bế tắc.
