Bình yên không đến từ bên ngoài, nó được nuôi dưỡng từ bên trong. Nếu lòng ta đủ rộng, đủ bao dung, dẫu ngoài kia có ồn ào thế nào thì ta vẫn tìm thấy cho mình một chốn an yên. Giữ lại chút bình yên không phải để trốn chạy cuộc đời mà để có thêm năng lượng, thêm sức mạnh để bước tiếp. Vì chỉ khi tâm hồn được nghỉ ngơi, ta mới có thể vững vàng đối diện với giông bão.
Giữa những ngày bận rộn thì đừng quên dành tặng cho bản thân một chút quà nho nhỏ. Một buổi chiều thảnh thơi, một buổi tối bỏ điện thoại sang một bên, một ngày chủ nhật chỉ để làm điều mình thích. Hãy cho phép mình chậm lại bởi đôi khi, chậm lại cũng là một cách để tiến xa hơn.
Cuộc đời này, suy cho cùng, không chỉ là hành trình để chạy về đích mà còn là hành trình để ta học cách tận hưởng, để ta biết yêu thương và trân quý những phút giây tĩnh lặng. Hãy lưu giữ cho riêng mình một chút bình yên như một khoảng trời riêng để trú ngụ, để khi mệt mỏi ta có thể quay về. Khi đó ta đủ sức mỉm cười với cuộc đời.
